July/August 2025
Embark on a thoughtfully curated adventure through the captivating border region of England and Scotland. Our journey will lead us through history, nature, and rugged beauty, weaving along the borderlands and immersing you in the charm of both countries.
We begin by exploring Hadrian’s Wall, the ancient Roman fortification that once marked the edge of the Roman Empire. Stretching across northern England, this iconic structure offers breathtaking views of rugged landscapes and rolling hills, giving a glimpse into the ancient frontier.
Next, we’ll venture into the green, tranquil forests of Galloway’s Glens before tracing the stunning Ayrshire Coastal Route, with its sweeping vistas of the Scottish coast.
Turning eastward, we will explore the picturesque Tweed Valley, where rolling hills, dense forests, and the serene River Tweed await. Finally, the journey leads us to the dramatic Northumberland coastline, with its towering cliffs, wide sandy beaches, and historic castles. This wild, unspoiled region provides the perfect contrast to the tranquil beauty of the Tweed Valley, offering a magnificent finale to our borderland exploration.
