This morning you will meet you guide in Bath to begin your first ride to the heart of the large area in the South of England called the Cotswolds. Covering almost 800 square miles from Gloucestershire to Oxfordshire the region was designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in 1966 thanks to its rare limestone grassland habitats and ancient beech woodlands.
Todays’s 25 mile point to point route takes you from Bath through some of the small honey-coloured villages that are peppered around this region, stop for lunch and a wander in the charming town of Tetbury, a historic market town with boutique shops and regal connections amidst the stunning backdrop of the Cotswolds.
Back on the bikes, it’s a short ride to your luxurious spa hotel where your bags will be waiting for you, enjoy a delicious evening meal and some rest before your next ride.

Today you are in for a treat as you will ride through incredibly scenic villages – one after another! The Cotswolds region is particularly renowned for the beauty of its villages and towns, built of the characteristic Cotswold limestone.
Pay a visit to Cirencester before stopping off for a picnic lunch in a quaint village on the outskirts of Bibury before continuing on our way to Bourton-on-the-Water, often called the Venice of the Cotswolds because of the bridges that cross the gently flowing River Windrush.
Explore this pretty town, and sample local ales in a traditional pub. Afterwards, it’s a short ride to Upper and Lower Slaughter – widely believed to be the most picturesque example of a quintessentially Cotswold village – settle into your hotel in the tiny village of Upper Slaughter, your home for the next two nights.

Today embark on a picturesque loop road bike ride through more idyllic landscapes and quant villages, each with something new to see. From your hotel in Upper Slaughter ride through Windrush Valley, Kingham and Stow-on-the-Wold, pausing for a lunch in a cosy village inn along the way.
Back at your hotel, why not enjoy a spa treatment or head out to explore the local area with your guide before a enjoying memorable dinner, as you delight in the Tasting Menu in the hotel’s 3 AA Rosette ‘Atrium’ restaurant, said to be the epitome of fine dining in the Cotswolds.

Today you will head out for your final ride across the gently rolling landscape to Sudeley Castle and the lovely village of Winchcombe. Enjoy a tour of the castle and gardens before continuing the ride up to Broadway.
On arrival in Broadway, indulge in some well deserved lunch and free time to explore this fascinating historic town with an option for sampling a local Cotswold gin or whisky, before continuing on to Stratford-upon-Avon by bike or if you prefer by vehicle!
Arriving in Stratford-upon-Avon, settle into your hotel and step out for a stroll through the historic streets full of William Shakespeare’s legacy. From the iconic Tudor architecture to the tranquil banks of the River Avon, every corner tells a story of the town’s rich past.
Enjoy your final evening together celebrating your adventures through England.

This morning, you can choose to explore more of Straford-upon-Avon or take a final ride through northern Cotswolds down through Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden.
