Day 1 - Wednesday 27th August - Welcome to Scotland

On arrival at the airport you will be met by a private driver who will transfer you to your city centre hotel. Depending on your arrival time you can choose to relax at the hotel or head out to start exploring this unique city.

Day 2 - Thursday 28th August - Exploring Edinburgh

This morning immerse yourselves in the winding cobbled streets of historic Old Town Edinburgh as you enjoy a private walking tour with an expert local guide. Discover the highlights of this unique capital city from the Palace of Holyroodhouse all the way up the ‘Royal Mile’ to the mighty ancient fortress which is Edinburgh Castle itself. Walk the ramparts atop castle rock and hear the tales of the One O’Clock gun and the stories of locals of times past. Your guide will leave you here so that you can spend as much time in the castle as you wish.

You then have a free afternoon to continue explorations at your own pace, pick up souvenirs or relax as you prefer.

Day 3 - Friday 29th August - Discover St Andrews

Day 6 - Monday 1st September - Welcome to the Cotswolds

This morning, your private transfer takes you to the Cotswolds where you’ll enjoy a scenic drive via Oxford.  Pause to meet your local guide and explore this historic city. Wandering through Oxford’s cobbled streets, marvel at the grandeur of its ancient colleges and iconic landmarks like the Bodleian Library and Radcliffe Camera. After soaking in the academic charm and rich history, continue your journey for the serene beauty of the Cotswolds countryside.

If time allows, pause at the charming Cotswold Farm Park for a delightful break. Here, you can interact with rare breeds of farm animals, enjoy scenic walks, and perhaps taste some local affair. Continue your journey through the picturesque landscape, arriving at your countryside hotel ready to unwind.

Day 7 - Tuesday 2nd September - Exploring the Cotswold Villages

Your day begins as your guide leads you through the charming streets of Chipping Campden, a quintessential Cotswold village with its honey-coloured stone buildings and picturesque market square. From there, head to Little Oak Vineyard, where a tour and wine tasting awaits, offering a delightful sampling of locally produced wines.

Afterward, continue exploring the idyllic Bourton-on-the-Water, affectionately known as the “Venice of the Cotswolds,” where you stroll along the river and visit the famous Model Village. Wander through the peaceful hamlets of Lower and Upper Slaughter, their tranquil beauty a perfect representation of rural England.
