Day 1 - Thursday 5^th June - True Highland Welcome To Scotland!

On arrival at Inverness Airport you will be met by your private guides and head directly to your exclusive lodge in the most charming location in one of the most beautiful glens in Scotland. A traditional welcome awaits you with the skirl of the pipes playing across the water of the loch, enticing you in towards the hospitality of a warming dram of whisky awaiting you. Depending on your arrival time you may be able to start exploring the local area and enjoying the activities right away.

Once you have settled in to your rooms a delicious dinner awaits you. Then make yourself comfortable as you enjoy a guided whisky tasting. Once you have chosen your favourite dram enjoy savouring it as you listen to a storyteller spin tales of the local area or Scottish legends. A perfect way to wind down and feel at home here in the Highlands.

Day 2 - Friday 6^th June - Traditional Highland Activities

Morning Optional Activities

• Fishing with a local Ghillie
• Hiking with your Private Guides (who are qualified hiking leaders)
• Meet one of the local Gamekeepers & See the landscape through their eyes

Lunch at the Lodge

Afternoon gather together for a Highland Games Demonstration by some local experts. Sense the fun of these family friendly community events as you cheer on the strong men ‘Heavy Events’ such as tossing the caber. Admire the precise skills of the Highland Dancers and maybe finish up with a family ‘clan battle’ Tug O’War.

Before dinner get changed into your kilts (for the men) and Scottish sashes (for the women), ready for a private ceilidh this evening. Scottish traditional music and dancing is a huge part of this country’s culture and everyone gets involved when the tunes start. Your musicians will also have a ‘caller’ with them who will talk you through the dance steps and you are sure to have fun trying them out together.

Day 3 - Saturday 7^th June - Unique Memories

Morning Optional Activities

• Take to the waters of the loch on paddleboards or canoes
• Meet an experienced woodworker & try your hand at carving your own unique souvenir
• Hike with your Private Guides (who are qualified hiking leaders)

Lunch – Luxury BBQ or Picnic Lunch

Afternoon Optional Activities

• Mountain Biking the local trails with a qualified bike guide
• Discover the delights of the ‘sport of kings’ with a Falconry display, and meet the birds yourselves
• Hike with your Private Guides (who are qualified hiking leaders)

Evening – Private evening entertainment by acclaimed theatre group, woven around your dining for a unique and immersive experience.
(Options to tailor the evening to your tastes, from Macbeth in the Castle to a Midsummer Night’s Dream in the garden)

Day 4 - Sunday 8^th June - Depart

Morning Optional Activities

• Spa Treatments
• Test your target skills with a Clay Shooting session or Archery
• Hike with your Private Guides (who are qualified hiking leaders)

Lunch – Last lunch in the Lodge (indoors to make getting prepped to depart easier for you)

Then your guides will drive you back to Inverness Airport to head onwards.
