Day 2 - Sunday 1st June - The Taste of London

Today, you’ll embark on a culinary adventure starting with a private transfer from your hotel to one of London’s most iconic food destinations—Borough Market. Meet your local foodie expert, who will guide you through the market’s vibrant streets and stalls. Visit the best street food vendors, offering you a variety of dishes that reflect both local and international cuisines. From artisan sandwiches and fresh seafood to gourmet burgers, you’ll savour the finest street eats London has to offer. By the end of your tour, you’ll have experienced the full flavour of Borough Market, leaving with both a satisfied palate and a deeper understanding of London’s culinary scene.

Day 3 - Monday 2nd June - Exploring London

Today, you’ll enjoy a private guided tour of some of London’s most iconic landmarks. Your expert city guide will meet you in the foyer of your hotel, before heading out to explore this magnificent city. Firstly, pass by Buckingham Palace, the King’s official London residence, where you can admire its grandeur and, if timed right, witness the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony.

It is then time to visit to the majestic Tower Bridge, where you’ll explore its stunning architecture and panoramic views of the River Thames. Later, head to the historic Westminster Abbey, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture and the site of royal coronations and famous events throughout British history. Your private guide will share fascinating insights of these treasures.

Later, it is time to indulge in the splendid tradition of Afternoon Tea. A beautifully set table awaits, with a tiered stand brimming with delights.

Activities are only private if specifically stated in the inclusions.

Weather in the UK can be very changeable. Suitable clothing and footwear is essential, as well as a flexible attitude. Plans may have to be changed to accommodate Mother Nature, and your guide will have back-up plans that they will discuss with you if required.

Tipping Guidelines

We don’t generally recommend a set amount. We would encourage you to ask yourself what you were expecting from your guide and then think about how they have exceeded those expectations. Choose what you think reflects this and you are comfortable with.

For local services such as restaurants again tipping is not expected but if you receive great service then 10-15% of the bill is normal.

Luggage Notes

Please note that we expect travellers to bring an average of One Large Holdall or Suitcase and up to Two smaller day-bags or hand-luggage sized pieces. If you expect to bring more than this then please let us know well in advance of arrival so that we can ensure there is capacity for this (additional charges will apply if separate luggage transfers are required).
