Day 1 - Saturday 29th June - Arrive Edinburgh.

A private transfer will collect you from the airport this morning to take you to your lavish city centre hotel. Depending on your arrival time, activities can be arrange for this day, or simply relax and settle in.

Day 2 - Sunday 30th June - Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Today set out on a magical adventure of the city, be met at your hotel by a local guide to go out and explore the streets of Edinburgh on a Harry Potter themed walking tour. See where JK Rowling found her inspiration for Diagon Alley and the character names for her magical novels, you can even visit the cafe that Rowling frequented when she was writing her first Harry Potter novel. After, head to the Real Mary Kings Close to discover the vaults hidden underneath the city, hearing the tales come to life with your experienced storyteller.

Day 3 - Monday 1st July - City Explorations.

Meet your Guide this morning to further explore the city. There are many options, from the National Gallery, Edinburgh Zoo, The Royal Yacht Britannia, or perhaps wander up Calton Hill for a great view of the Edinburgh skyline. This day will be designed to your interests.

Day 4 - Tuesday 2nd July - The City of Glasgow.

Travel to Glasgow to view the impressive Burrell Collection and stroll the gardens of Pollok Country Park.

Day 5 - Wednesday 3rd July - Travel North.

Today, transfer to Inverness with your guide. Stop to visit Blair Castle, the seat of the Dukes of Atholl and home to Europe’s only remaining private army, tour the corridors and explore the grounds.

Day 6 - Thursday 4th July - Loch Ness and afternoon wedding celebrations.

This morning your guide will collect you from your accommodation and travel to Loch Ness. Enjoy a cruise on the waters, keeping an eye out for the famous monster that lurks beneath. Your guide will transfer you back to your hotel in time for the wedding celebrations to commence.

Day 7 - Friday 5th July - Self arranged Wedding activities.

Day 10 - Monday 8th July - The Cairngorms, meeting a local craftsman.

Meet your guide and transfer to the Cairngorms National Park. Have the option to walk the local trails, through the ancient pine forests. Later in the day, head to a unique outdoor workshop in a woodland glade, where you will meet a local craftsman. Learn how he creates his beautiful unique carved pieces out of local Scottish wood and you can then have a shot at creating a special wee souvenir yourself.

Day 11 - Tuesday 9th July - Reindeer Herds and scenic beauty.

This morning your guide will collect you and take you up into the mountains for a very special experience, meeting the local Reindeer herd! With your expert herder you can walk amongst these beautiful creatures in their summer grazing grounds, even having the opportunity to feed them. This afternoon is flexible to energy levels, perhaps take a stroll on the shores of Loch Morlich, or take to the waters for a canoe experience.

Day 12 - Wednesday 10th July - Transfer to the West Highlands.

Journey through the mountains today as your guide takes you  to the fascinating Highland Folk Museum. Experience and learn all about how locals used to live as you explore  over 30 dwellings “frozen in time”, the Traditional Sweetie Shop is always a favourite! Afterwards, continue on to the scenic driver to the West Highlands.

Day 13 - Thursday 11th July - Jacobite Steam Train and coastal explorations.

Climb on board the famous Harry Potter steam train this morning and sit back and relax as you roll along towards the coast. Keep your eyes peeled for flying cars as you thunder across the viaduct and for signs of magic as you pass the lochs and under the mountains. You may even wish to dress up in your wizarding robes for the occasion! Your guide will meet you at Mallaig and after a delicious lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon at the coast, searching for beach treasures and seeing how many of the friendly seal colony will pop their heads up to say hello.

Day 14 - Friday 12th July - Loch Lomond and Stirlingshire.

Travel south, along the shores of Loch Lomond to the city of Stirling. Here, tour the castle, one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland and once the crowning place of Mary Queen of Scots in 1542. Later, visit Bannockburn, where Robert the Bruce defeated the English in an iconic battle in 1314. Enjoy stepping back in time and getting right into the heart of this epic battle with their 3D visitor centre and allow your guide to bring this landscape to life with stories of Scottish history. Later this afternoon your guide will transfer you to your luxury resort for the next few nights.

Day 15 - Saturday 13th July - A day at Leisure.

Relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. An array of activities for all the family, including; golf, horse riding, cycling, archery, pool and spa.

Enjoy the final day of your Scottish travels having a leisurely time  and making hte most of the hotel facilities.

Board your train from Gleneagles to London.
