Starting in Edinburgh, marvel at captivating city views from an unexpected hiking trail. Travelling to the Cairngorms, the UK’s largest National Park, journey through Perthshire to climb one of the areas most iconic hills. From our base in the Cairngorms, meet inspiring women and discover innovative ways of sustainable living. Experience the wild beauty of the Cairngorms hiking through ancient Caledonian pines and over rugged heather-clad hills, and if you’re feeling brave enough, awaken the soul with an icy dip in a shimmering loch! With our experienced, local guide, we’ll also explore the magical wilderness of Glencoe, rich in folklore and history. Fans of Outlander might in for a treat! Each evening, we’ll unwind and reflect on the day’s experiences, forging friendships and enjoying Highland hospitality. Day by Day

Day 1 - Welcome to Edinburgh

Meet 1pm – City walking tour and hike an unexpected trail with an awe inspiring vantage point, Arthurs Seat.

Day 2 - Transferring to Aviemore - image required

The Fairy Hill of Caledonia (Glencoe & Highlands D3) – climb the iconic hill of Schiehallion

Overnight: Aviemore
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Walk Details: 10 km / 6 miles | 750 m / 2,461 ft elevation gain | Approx: 6 hrs

Day 3 - Full day in the Cairngorms National Park

Cairngorms hill walk – Meall a’ Bhuachaille – ice cream on the highest beach in the UK! Wild Swim

Overnight: Aviemore
Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch
Walk Details: 9 km / 5 miles | 543 m / 1,781 ft elevation gain | Approx: 4 hrs

Day 4 - Transferring to Glencoe

Meet two inspiring women, visit a living history open air museum and hike at a nature reserve

Wilderness and a Waterfall – The Grey Mare’s Tail waterfall.

Day 6 - Day hike Glencoe - (Glencoe & Highlands D6)

With views directly across the valley at the north face of Buachaille Etive Mor, the most iconic sight in Glencoe.

Walk Details: 11 km / 7 miles | 198 m / 650 ft elevation gain | Approx: 5 hrs

Day 7 - Transfer back to Edinburgh

Loch Katrine, hike Ben A’an in Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Stop at Doune Castle which fans of Outlander might recognise! Arrive Edinburgh for farewell dinner.

Day 8 - A fond farewell to Scotland

After breakfast we will say our good-byes and depart approximately 9.30am.
