Day 1 - Monday 2nd September - Welcome to Scotland

On arrival at Inverness airport you will be met by a private driver who will transfer you to your city centre hotel. Depending on your arrival time you can choose to relax at the hotel or head out to start exploring this unique city.

Day 2 - Tuesday 3rd September - Explore Loch Ness

This morning you will meet your expert guide, who will also be your driver for your onward adventure through Scotland. Together you will head for the shores of the legendary Loch Ness. Upon arrival, board a cruise to explore the mysterious waters of the loch, soaking in breathtaking views of the surrounding Highlands. As you glide across the tranquil surface, keep an eye out for any signs of the elusive Loch Ness Monster. Following your cruise, continue to Urquhart Castle, perched on the shores of Loch Ness. Step back in time as you explore the ruins of this historic fortress, learning about its fascinating past and enjoying panoramic views of the iconic loch. This afternoon, you will travel across country to Braemar to check into the Fife Arms, settle in and enjoy some dinner.

Day 3 - Wednesday 4th September - Explore the Balmoral Estate & Braemar

Embark on a beautiful morning hike with your guide, tracing the historical cairns erected by the Royal Family on the Balmoral Estate, offering stunning vistas over Deeside and the iconic Balmoral Castle itself. This afternoon, visit Balmoral Castle where you’ll explore the grandeur of the Royal Family’s residence amidst the stunning Scottish landscape. Take a wander through Braemar, drop into local shops before taking a beautiful scenic drive across the National Park with your guide to your next hotel, Fonab Castle nestled among ancient forests on the banks of River Tummel.

Day 4 - Thursday 5th September - Hidden Hut Picnic

Choose between a scenic hour’s walk or a thrilling thirty-minute off-road drive in a Land Rover to reach this remote gem. Day 5 - Friday 6th September - Journey South to St Andrews

Departing the Cairngorms this morning with your guide, head south to St Andrew’s, stopping at the iconic V&A Dundee, Scotland’s first design museum which showcases the very best of design from around the world, within the breath-taking surroundings of renowned architect Kengo Kuma’s first British building. Enjoy some lunch before your onward journey to the Kingdom of Fife where your guide will leave you to settle into your hotel in the charming town of St Andrew’s.

Day 6 - Saturday 7th September - Celebratory Day in St Andrews

Day 9 - Tuesday 10th September - Exploring Edinburgh

This morning immerse yourselves in the winding cobbled streets of historic Old Town Edinburgh as you enjoy a private walking tour with an expert local guide. Discover the highlights of this unique capital city from the Palace of Holyroodhouse all the way up the ‘Royal Mile’ to the mighty ancient fortress which is Edinburgh Castle itself. Walk the ramparts atop castle rock and hear the tales of the One O’Clock gun and the stories of locals of times past. Your guide will leave you to take a tour of the castle if you wish.

You then have a free afternoon to continue explorations at your own pace, pick up souvenirs or relax as you prefer.

Day 10 - Wednesday 11th September - Depart
