Your accommodation will be a handpicked selection of small guesthouses and small hotels in the Highlands & Islands, with an Edinburgh hotel to finish.
On arrival in Edinburgh Airport you will be met by your two private guides (who will also act as your drivers for your time together). Head north towards the iconic Glencoe & Fort William area, enjoying the scenery becoming more mountainous as you go. Depending on your arrival time there may be time for a leg stretch or explore on route.
Note: A morning arrival is required for this itinerary, as the approx drive time is 3 hrs today. Lunch being provided also depends on arrival time.

Start with adrenaline thrills today as you splash and jump your way through a canyon. There will also be time for some local explorations with your guides, maybe a short hike up to a viewpoint.

Today you head along the beautiful ‘Road To The Isles’ to Arisaig where you will set out onto the beautiful turquoise waters in sea kayaks. Your local instructors will ensure that you are able to make the most of paddling in this incredible world class location with tips and coaching. Discover white sand beaches, small rocky islands and maybe spot the curious local seals popping out to say hello.
This afternoon a short ferry ride will take you over the sea to Skye, and your guides will take you onwards to your welcoming small hotel.

Today you have a full day of hiking with your expert guides. You will be spoilt for choice with the dramatic landscape on offer and your guides will discuss the best options with you. Choose between routes through stark and unusual rock formations and landscapes, including the awe-inspiring Old Man Of Storr and the Quiraing. The rugged coastline of this island means that you can enjoy incredible sweeping views of islands and mountains in almost every direction.

Return to the mainland today by way of the graceful Skye Bridge, and travel through the mountain glens to reach the infamous Loch Ness. An exciting zodiac ride will see you skimming over the surface to enjoy the views, and of course look for Nessie!
You will then continue onwards to your friendly guesthouse in the beautiful setting of the Cairngorms National Park. Stopping for a true Scottish welcome with a distillery tour & tasting on the way, Slainte Mhath!

The Cairngorms are your playground today and the options are endless! Start by exploring the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest on two wheels as your bike guides show you the best trails. There are options to suit every level of ability and preferred level of challenge.
This afternoon embrace thrills at height as you zip along wires in the treetops, race each other and enjoy the alternative views of the surrounding hills and glens. The perfect last afternoon in the Highlands.

This morning your guides will transfer you down to Edinburgh. After lunch set out on a unique tour of the historic Old Town centre of the city, with a special local city guide. Wonder at the stories of the streets and discover the true character of ‘Auld Reekie’. Edinburgh is a labyrinth of cobbled alleyways contrasted with Georgian townhouses and more modern architecture and this tour will give you a real insight into the history and character of this amazing city.

A private transfer will collect you from your accommodation and take you to the airport to make your onward connections. Waving farewell for now but taking with you special memories and wonderful stories of your explorations.
