On arrival at the airport you will be met by a private driver who will transfer you to St Andrews. Depending on your arrival time you can choose to relax at the hotel or head out to start exploring this unique and historic town.

Start your day with a hearty Scottish breakfast at the Old Course Hotel before embarking on a leisurely guided morning walk along the historic Old Course, soaking in the stunning views of the North Sea and the iconic links followed by delicious Sunday lunch at the Tom Morris Bar & Grill.
Spend your afternoon independently exploring the town’s notable sites, including the medieval ruins of St Andrews Castle and Cathedral, as well as the picturesque University of St Andrews. In the evening, enjoy a meal at one of the hotels acclaimed restaurants, such as The Road Hole Restaurant, which offers exceptional cuisine and breathtaking views.

This morning you will meet your private guide, who will also be your driver for your onward journey. Together, you will begin your journey north to Perthshire. En route, visit Glamis Castle, renowned for its beautiful architecture and as the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. Enjoy a leisurely lunch, followed by explorations of the castle’s stunning gardens and grounds.
Stop in at the Highland Chocolatier to sample some delicious handmade chocolates before continuing your journey north to Fonab Castle for check-in and relaxation.

Today, you will drive through the Cairngorm National Park to Braemar. Delve into Deeside’s history and culture with your guide today. Enjoy a guided hike to explore the stunning landscapes surrounding Braemar and the Balmoral Estate. Back to your hotel by mid afternoon, allowing plenty of time to indulge at the Fife Arms.
