Day 1 - Thursday 15th August - Welcome to Scotland
On arrival onto Scottish soil you will be met by a private transfer driver and whisked away to your hidden hideaway in the heart of the Loch Lomond National Park.
Drive time from Edinburgh airport to Monachyle Mhor is approximately 1hr 30mins without stops

Day 2 - Friday 16th August - Exploring the National Park
Your main guide who will also be your driver will meet you at the hotel today so you can spend the day exploring the park. If you are up for a challenge, you may wish to summit one of the nearby munros (mountains over 3000ft) or you may prefer to walk along some of the iconic West Highland Way that traverses the east side of the Loch before getting a boat back along the shoreline. The choice is yours and the guide will make sure that you get the most out of your day.
In the late afternoon, you could stop off to visit Rob Roy’s Grave – the famous outlaw who became a folk hero as he stood up to the Scottish Government. Hear the story of his life as you drink in the view from his final resting place before returning to the hotel for a delicious dinner.

Day 3 - Saturday 17th August - To the West
Leaving the mountains and lochs of the park behind this morning, you will start your journey towards the west coast and the next part of your adventure. Your destination is the dramatic Glen Coe, with its jagged peaks towering over the valley floor. Wind your way along some of the most scenic roads in Scotland where you can stop off for a leg stretch – perhaps up to Signal Rock where, legend has it, the signal was given to start the Glencoe Massacre. Let your guide bring this landscape to life with stories of the clan battles and the Jacobite uprising before you arrive at your accommodation for the evening.

Please note that there is no dining room at Glencoe House so all meals are served in your suite. If you would prefer, you can eat out at a local restaurant and your guide can arrange all transportation back and forth.

Day 4 - Sunday 18th August - Wildlife and Walking
It is an early start this morning as you head south to the town of Oban. Take to the water this morning as you board a high speed RIB to visit some of the fantastic local wildlife that are abundant around the coastal islands. See seals, whales, sharks and dolphins as you whizz along the ocean with the spray in your face and the wind whipping through your hair.
Back on dry land, you have lots of options for this afternoon. Perhaps spend the afternoon exploring Kerrera – a small island just off the coast with an epic tearoom! Or head south to Kilmartin Glen that has one of the biggest collection of neolithic artefacts in the world….the choice is yours.

Day 5 - Monday 19th August - Canyoning
Set out on an adrenaline filled day today as you meet up with a group of like minded people and navigate the narrow gorge by jumping, sliding, climbing and splashing your way from top to bottom! Under the watchful eye of your expert guide, you’ll create some fantastic memories and feel your blood pumping as you line up to jump off the highest cliffs.
While you have been out your guide will have moved your luggage to your next hotel which is a beautiful castle hotel nestled in the shadows of the UK’s highest mountain. Dine on Michelin standard food this evening if you wish or perhaps stop off at a local pub for dinner on your way and a warming dram after your exhilarating day.
Local driving – nothing too long. The guide will take your luggage to Inverlochy Castle while you are out Canyoning and then take you to the hotel once the activity is over.
Please note there is only 1 dining option at Inverlochy Castle – Seasgair which offers a 7 course tasting menu. If you wish to eat out tonight your guide will arrange transportation for you.

Day 6 - Tuesday 20th August - Via Ferrata & transfer to Perthshire
Start the day with another thrilling adventure at Scotland’s own via Ferrata! Scale one of Scotland’s highest waterfalls using iron rungs & safety harness to guide you as you traverse to the top. Feel the sheer exhilaration as the cool spray from the waterfall splashes your face and enjoy the incredible views of the highlands that unfold before you.
After conquering the Via Ferrata you will head to Perthshire, where verdant forests and tranquil lochs await. Arrive at your luxurious accommodation and relax for the evening or perhaps head out to explore the surrounding area.

Day 7 - Wednesday 21st August - White water rafting & A free afternoon
This morning you will navigate the exhilarating rapids of the river Tummel on a white water rafting adventure. With experienced guides leading the way, you will paddle through swirling currents, surge over frothy waves and navigate through narrow channels, all while surrounded by stunning Scottish scenery. Feel the rush of excitement as you conquer each rapid and embrace the sense of camaraderie with your fellow rafters. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned adventurer, white water rafting on the river Tummel promises an unforgettable and invigorating experience in the heart of Scotland’s wilderness.
Your guide will drop you back at the hotel and you can enjoy a free afternoon to explore the local area or just relax at your lovely hotel, the choice is yours.

Day 8 - Thursday 22nd August - A free day in Perthshire
After an energetic few days, perhaps today you would like to spend some time being pampered in the spa. Treat yourself to some wonderful treatments, take a leisurely swim in the pool, or perhaps just relax in the steam room letting the warm air soothe your tired muscles. Of course, should you wish to venture away from this haven – the village of Pitlochry is just a short walk down the hill where you can while away the afternoon pottering around the boutique shops or sitting with a coffee and a good book watching the world go by. The perfect way to end your time in Scotland.

Day 9 - Friday 23rd August - Depart
