Day by Day
Day 1 - Wednesday 10th September - Welcome to Dublin
Arriving in Ireland on your overnight flight, a private transfer will pick you up from the airport and whisk you to your hotel in the city centre. Check-in may not be available till later however feel free to leave your bags, freshen up, or have a bite to eat.
The rest of the day is yours to explore locally or rest after your flights. We have some fantastic recommendations on some local sights to see should you feel like stretching your legs. The National Gallery of Ireland and Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s oldest university with its Book Of Kells display, are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel and The Merrion Park is right across the street.

Day 2 - Thursday 11th September - Dublin to Cork, via Waterford and Midleton Distillery
Meet your guide this morning depart, Dublin and head south to County Cork. On route we stop in Waterford for a walk around this historic Viking City. There is time to take a tour of the famous Crystal Factory before heading west.
Later this afternoon, we visit the Midleton Distillery for a small-group behind-the-scenes tour, where you’ll get an in-depth look at the whiskey-making process and the rich history of the distillery.
It’s to Kinsale for an evening to unwind in this charming coastal town with its up-and-coming food scene and historic pubs.

Day 3 - Friday 12th September - English Market & Military Forts
After breakfast, we explore Cork City, starting with a tour of Cork City Gaol, a former prison, now a museum. After, we take a visit to the English Market, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in Europe. Meander through the stalls and sample some of the local delicacies.
Returning to Kinsale there is time to explore this bright coastal town. Historically a medieval fishing port, its spectacular waterfront setting and candy-coloured houses, shops and restaurants, make it a glorious blend of old and the new. Be sure to visit the star-shaped military fortress perched on top of the cliff before the end of the day. The perfect sunset location.

Day 4 - Saturday 13th September - Exploring Killarney National Park
After breakfast, you’ll make your way to Killarney National Park, the jewel in Kerry’s crown. Here you will board a boat with Dux and his canine friend and cruise the tranquil lakes of Killarney with one of the most spectacular backdrops imaginable as you are overlooked by Ireland’s highest mountain peaks.
Later this afternoon, visit Ross Castle and hear about the legend of O’Donoghue and his snow-white horse before continuing on to Kenmare.
Check in to your charming accommodation this evening, sitting down to a delicious, locally sourced dinner.

Day 5 - Sunday 14th September - Exploring Beara Peninsula
With peninsulas that stretch out into the Atlantic Ocean, old-growth forests and towering mountains, Kerry is undoubtedly one of Ireland’s most beautiful regions. Join your guide today to explore its wild and contrasting landscapes. Visit the lesser-known Beara Peninsula, learning about its history as you hike among the old copper mines. As the golden evening light begins to slide across the sea, return to your lovely hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 6 - Monday 15th September - Dingle Peninsula
Explore the historic Dingle Peninsula with a scenic hike through stunning scenery and incredible ancient monuments, including standing stones and beehive huts. Enjoy breathtaking coastal views as you follow parts of the Dingle Way and along breathtaking beaches. After a rewarding day of exploration, return to Kenmare to relax and unwind.

Day 7 - Tuesday 16th September - Golfing in Co Clare.
Leave Killarney in the morning and head north toward County Clare, enjoying the scenic drive along the way.
Today we make the most of our time in Clare with a round of golf at a local course. Lahinch’s Castle Course offers a beautiful landscape while you work on your game. How will your skill and swing manage the Irish winds!
You’ll finish up your day in the ‘home of traditional music’, Doolin.

Day 8 - Wednesday 17th September - The Burren National Park and The Cliffs of Moher
This morning, head out to explore the fascinating Burren landscape – fissured plateaus of limestone and shale, vast in their captivating and barren beauty. Accompanied by your guide, wind your way over the stark rocky terrain, past prehistoric tombs and through wildflower grasslands. Later, visit the striking Cliffs of Moher, absorbing their majesty in a quiet, secluded spot away from the crowds. Home to thousands of seabirds, including razorbills, fulmars and puffins, the cliffs are alive with activity above the crashing waves far below. This evening, return to your hotel for a drink or two by the crackling fire.

Day 9 - Thursday 18th September - Local Farms & Galway
Immerse yourself in the charm and warmth of traditional Irish farm life. You’ll take part in a hands-on scone-making class, where you’ll learn the secrets behind crafting these delicious treats. Relax and indulge in a warm scone, paired perfectly with a cup of tea.
After, your guide will bring you to Galway city to bid his farewells, but not before arming you with plenty of suggestions for the rest of your trip!

Day 10 - Friday 19th September - Exploring Galway City

Day 11 - Saturday 20th September - Transfer to Dublin
