Day 3 - Tuesday 22^nd April - Exploring Dunkeld

• Check-out time at Gleneagles is by 12pm
• Private transfer to Dunkeld House Hotel
• Check-in time at Dunkeld House is at 3pm – able to deposit luggage at the hotel
• Unguided walk into the village of Dunkeld for lunch
• Rest of the day to independently explore Dunkeld and the estate grounds of Dunkeld House Hotel.

Day 4 - Wednesday 23^rd April - Picture-Perfect Perthsire

• Transfer back to your hotel with your guide

Day 5 - Thursday 24^th April - A Visit to Blair Castle

• Your guide will meet you at your accommodation this morning.
• Transfer with your guide to your next accommodation in Fort Augustus. Along the way, take in the sights of the highlands including:
• • a visit to Blair Castle: the home of the Atholl family for over seven centuries. Home to politicians, soldiers, agriculturalists and entrepreneurs, the family history is brought to life against a backdrop of fine 18th-century interiors and Scottish baronial architecture, in 30 rooms.

Day 7 - Saturday 26^th April - Hiking in the Highlands

• This morning your guide will meet you at your hotel to discuss hiking options for the day. Depending on the weather, together you will decide which hike you want to do. As you hike, your guide will explain the history and nature of the surrounding area.
• Depending on your preference, and at the discretion of the guide, this can either be a half-day, full day or two shorter hikes.
• Free evening

Day 8 - Sunday 27^th April - Rewilding the Highlands

• This morning, your guide will meet you at your hotel
• Visit a nearby centre where you can learn about the rewilding efforts in the Highlands and look out for the iconic red squirrel (sightings cannot be guaranteed)
• Visit the iconic ruins of Urquhart Castle. Perched on the shores of Loch Ness, the castle offers a glimpse into a bygone era of conflict, clans and legends.
• On arrival at your accommodation in Inverness, your guide will depart
