Your journey begins in Edinburgh, where you’ll collect your hire car and set off. Your adventure starts with a visit to a local farm where you’ll experience life in the countryside, complete with new lambs, a sheepdog demonstration, and a hearty lunch. Afterwards, travel north to the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe and settle in for the night at the iconic Kingshouse Hotel where you can enjoy a drink overlooking the majestic Buachaille Etive Mòr and perhaps spot some of the deer that frequently come right up to the hotel.

After a delicious breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel. Together you’ll decide on the best route for exploring the rugged beauty of Glencoe, there are several options. Hike through the towering peaks and glens while learning about the dramatic and sometimes dark history of this legendary region. After a rewarding day on the trails, you can join other hikers at the Clachaig Inn for a local pint and traditional live music.

Head west with your guide towards Arisaig for a day of sea kayaking experience. Paddle through crystal-clear waters, taking in stunning coastal views and perhaps be joined by some curious seals from the local colony. After lunch on one of the deserted islands, board the ferry to the magical Isle of Skye. Check into the Bosville Hotel and enjoy the evening in this enchanting setting.

Begin your day with a visit to the mesmerizing Fairy Pools, where shimmering cascades and clear blue waters await. Next, enjoy a Talisker distillery tour, followed by a special collaboration lunch with the renowned Three Chimneys restaurant, where you can indluge in an unforgettable culinary experience served at the distillery. Spend your afternoon exploring local art galleries and boutique shops, or head out for a walk along the black sands of Talisker Bay before returning to the Bosville Hotel for the night.

Leave Skye and visit the picturesque Eilean Donan Castle, a 13th-century castle situated on a small tidal island at the confluence of three lochs in the Scottish Highlands. Surrounded by dramatic landscapes, it is one of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks, known for its rich history and stunning views. Continue your journey to Loch Ness for a speedboat ride across its legendary waters. Arrive in Inverness, where you’ll return your hire car and enjoy a leisurely dinner before boarding the Caledonian Sleeper train. Drift off to sleep as you journey south to London.
