Day 1 - Welcome to London

Arrive in London, where you’ll be met at the airport and transferred by private vehicle to your centrally located hotel, the Henrietta Experimental. Once settled in, the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace using your included hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus pass. Discover world-famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge or St Paul’s Cathedral, choosing where to stop and spend your time. Whether you prefer wandering charming neighbourhoods, relaxing in one of London’s parks, or enjoying a traditional pub, this flexible introduction lets you experience the city your way.

Day 2 - London's Historic Heart & The West End

Day 3 - Farewell London

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before your private transfer takes you to the airport. Arriving into Cork Airport today, collect your rental car and make your way to the infamous Blarney Castle and Gardens. To kiss the famous Blarney Stone is to gain the gift of eloquence. Stroll around the stunning gardens and rich history of this iconic landmark. It’s a perfect blend of captivating folklore and breathtaking scenery that truly captures the spirit of Ireland.

Day 4 - Visit Charles Fort and Discover Kinsale

After breakfast, join your guide to meander through the bright coastal town of Kinsale. Historically a medieval fishing port, its spectacular waterfront setting and candy-coloured houses, shops and restaurants, make it a glorious blend of old and the new. After a mellow morning, walk to the historic Charles Fort – a 17th-century military fortress which stretches across the cliffs and down to the seashore. Learn about the turbulent years of the Williamite War and hear the haunting tale of the White Lady. This afternoon, join a local for a delicious food tour, discovering Kinsale’s culinary delights. Day 5 - Farm Tours & The Burren

This morning, leave the dramatic landscapes of Kerry behind as you begin your journey north toward County Clare. The drive carries you along quiet, winding roads, past rolling green hills and weathered stone walls, through villages that feel untouched by time. Along the way, visit a charming, locally-owned farm for a private tour and tasting. Meet and feed the herd, visit the fields, and learn about the traditional methods used to produce award-winning by products before sitting down with a cup of tea and a chat with the farmers.

Day 6 - The Cliffs of Moher

Today meet Cormac, a local who will lead you on a walk along Ireland’s famed Cliffs of Moher, part of the UNESCO Global Geopark. Visually stunning, the Cliffs stand at 702 ft at their highest point and stretch for 5 miles along the Atlantic coast. Cormac is passionate about the history, geology and heritage of this area and holds a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding landscape. Take in the views, stop by the visitor centre, and take the opportunity to snap some breathtaking photos.

Day 7 - The History of Galway

Galway is the capital of Ireland’s west. Known as the ‘town of the tribes’ the small centre of cobblestone streets and colourful store fronts is vibrant, fun and cosmopolitan. A local military historian will meet you at the city’s main square to guide you through the bustling alleys sharing Galway City’s important roles in the clash of the French, Spanish, Russian and British Empires from 1700 to 1922, including in Ireland’s revolution for independence.

Your accommodation this evening is a truly unforgettable finale to your journey along the Wild Atlantic Way. Ashford Castle, one of Ireland’s most iconic and luxurious castle hotels, sits majestically on the shores of Lough Corrib, surrounded by 350 acres of manicured gardens, ancient woodland, and gently flowing rivers. Day 8 - Croagh Patrick & Ashford Castle Estate

The imposing silhouette of the pilgrimage site, Croagh Patrick Mountain, dominates the surrounding countryside. On our way past, we’ll take a short hike in the shadow of the sacred mountain, following sheep tracks through heathery bogland along the final miles of the traditional pilgrimage route to the foot of Croagh Patrick.

After a scenic drive back to Ashford Castle, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Unwind in the comfort and elegance of the estate, indulge in a restorative visit to the award-winning spa, or experience the ancient art of falconry with a guided walk through the castle grounds. Whether you choose to relax or explore, this time is yours to soak in the beauty and tranquillity of your extraordinary surroundings.

Day 9 - Iconic Dublin

This morning make your way east from Ashford Castle. You’ll arrive into Dublin around mid-day depending on your departure. Feel free to drop your rental car off and take the rest of the city by foot.

For the afternoon, head to Drury Street where Jill and her expert team will guide you through the art of crafting a bespoke piece of jewellery. Learn the fundamentals of silversmithing—sawing, soldering, filing, hammering, and polishing—as you create your own handmade silver ring. It’s a perfect, personal way to commemorate your adventure in Ireland.

We’ll finish off our time in Dublin with a behind the scenes, after hours tour of Trinity College and the Book of Kells. Let a student at the university show you the ins and outs of the college and get up close and personal with the exhibits, far from the crowds.

Day 10 - Depart
