On arrival at Heathrow you will be met by the VIP assistance team and escorted seamlessly through the airport to your waiting transfer vehicles and whisked into the heart of the city. On arrival at the hotel, your rooms will be ready and waiting for you so you can freshen up or have a rest if you wish.
When you are ready, your VIP bus will be waiting for you to take you on a highlights of London tour with your host and expert guides. Travel through the streets of London seeing some of the most iconic sites from the Tower of London to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Perhaps stop off to explore one of these famous landmarks or simply enjoy listening to your guides as they bring these places to life. If it is possible, you will also make a stop at Buckingham Palace to watch the Changing of the Guards ceremony which dates back to the reign of King Henry VII!
After enjoying some lunch at a local restaurant you will head to Churchill’s War Rooms which is part of the Imperial War Museum and take a tour behind the glass with the curator of the Museum. Get up close to the chair that the great man sat in as he made life altering decisions that led to the end of the war. See the scratches made by him as he was thinking and the cold cups of tea that were left when the declaration of the end of the war was made. Hear stories of the people that lived and breathed for years in these small rooms and how their work here influenced the outcome of one of the darkest times in UK history.
Your VIP bus will then take you back to the hotel where you can freshen up, use the spa or the gym or simply relax before you all enjoy dinner together in a beautiful private space.
