Day 1 - Tuesday 18th March - Welcome to London

On arrival in London, transfer to your centrally located hotel and take some time to relax ahead of your first evening in England. Day 2 - Wednesday 19th March - Kew Gardens

In the crisp morning air, meet your local expert guide and set off towards Kew Gardens, the world-renowned botanical paradise nestled along the River Thames. As you arrive, the gates open to a lush expanse of diverse plant life, towering glasshouses, and winding pathways waiting to be explored. With your guide leading the way, you dive into the fascinating history, rare plant species, and hidden gems of this UNESCO-listed garden, ready for a day of discovery and natural beauty.

As you wander through the gardens, marvel at the vibrant floral displays, ancient trees, and exotic plants housed within the iconic Temperate and Palm Houses. Day 3 - Thursday 20th March - Windsor and the West End

Leaving the bustling streets of London behind, embark on a scenic day trip to Windsor with your local expert guide, traveling through the picturesque English countryside. Upon arrival, the grandeur of Windsor Castle—the world’s oldest and largest occupied castle—immediately captivates you. With your guide leading the way, you explore the opulent State Apartments, the historic St. George’s Chapel, and the grand Changing of the Guard ceremony, all while uncovering stories of British royalty past and present.

After the castle, stroll through the charming streets of Windsor, stopping at quaint shops, traditional pubs, and scenic riverside spots. Day 5 - Saturday 22nd March - Arrival into the Peak District

Leaving the vibrant energy of London behind, you journey north by train or private vehicle, watching as the cityscape fades into rolling countryside and picturesque villages. Arriving in the heart of the Peak District, you meet your local guide, a passionate expert eager to share the region’s rich history and stunning landscapes.

Make your way to Haddon Hall, a breathtaking medieval manor nestled along the River Wye. As you step through its ancient stone archways, you’re transported back in time, exploring its beautifully preserved rooms, intricate tapestries, and romantic gardens. With your guide bringing its fascinating past to life, you soak in the timeless beauty of this historic gem before continuing your adventure in England’s enchanting countryside.

Day 6 - Sunday 23rd March - Chatsworth House

A day at Chatsworth House is a journey into the grandeur and history of one of England’s finest stately homes, nestled in the heart of the Peak District. As you approach, the magnificent façade of the Duke of Devonshire’s ancestral home rises before you, surrounded by sprawling parkland and manicured gardens. Stepping inside, you wander through opulent rooms adorned with priceless art, intricate tapestries, and gilded ceilings, while your guide shares stories of the estate’s fascinating past and its role in British history.

Outside, stroll through the breathtaking gardens, where fountains, sculptures, and vibrant flower beds create a landscape of timeless beauty. With time to enjoy a leisurely lunch at the estate’s café or browse the charming gift shop, your visit to Chatsworth is a perfect blend of culture, history, and natural splendour.

Day 7 - Monday 24th March - Welcome to Scotland

A private transfer will collect you from your hotel and transfer you seamlessly to the train station for your journey to Scotland!

Upon arrival into Glasgow, you will meet your experienced guide, who will also acts as your driver for your time in Scotland. Together, you will transfer straight out of the city. Sit back and relax as you journey through some of Scotland’s finest scenery on your way to your accommodation in the valley of Glencoe. Upon arrival, take the chance to relax ahead of the adventures to come.

Day 8 - Tuesday 25th March - Exploring Glencoe and 007's ancestral home

Today, meet your guide and head out for the day to explore Glencoe. A place often described as one of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes, there is so much on offer for all to see. This area of Scotland is particularly well known for being the ancestral home of the fictional British spy, James Bond. Spend some time exploring the locations that featured in the film, especially the area used for Skyfall and understand the inspiration behind choosing this location of the iconic home of 007.

Spend some time chatting with your guide about the area and discuss any walks that may be of fancy to you. Your guide will be able to suggest some options that will suit what you wish to get out of the day.

Following this, head for a cosy Scottish pub and enjoy some time listening to tales of the past as a storyteller takes you on a journey of discovery, weaving their way through legends and history associated with the area in this fun and engaging experience.

Day 9 - Wednesday 26th March - Road to the Isle of Skye

Travel along one of the most beautiful roads in Scotland towards the Isle of Skye. Along the way you will get the chance to take in some of the sheer beauty on offer. First, stop off at the Glenfinnan monument, standing tall above Loch Shiel. Here you will get the chance to climb to the top of this stunning monument and be treated to panoramic views of the surrounding scenery. If you time it right, you might just see the famous steam train (known as the Hogwarts express from the Harry Potter franchise) crossing the viaduct behind you.

You will arrive into Mallaig and board a ferry bound for the famed Isle of Skye. As you cross, enjoy views of the beautiful south shoreline of the island before docking into Armadale and heading for Portree, the islands capital, and your destination for the next few days. Upon arrival, relax at the hotel, or head into Portree and explore the small harbour town.

Day 10 - Thursday 27th March - Exploring the Misty Isle

This morning head out with your guide to explore the dramatic landscape of the Quiraing on the northern peninsula of Skye. As you walk, admire the stark rock formations that rise from the rugged ground like the great ruined battlements of a long-forgotten war. Chat with your guide about the geology and history of the area, enjoying the incredible sweeping views of the islands, mountains and sun-clipped shores that stretch in every direction.

Continue north around the top of the island and spend some time exploring a local island museum. Learn how people lived 100 years ago, working the land and living on their crofts. You may even get the chance to encounter a highland Coo in the field nearby!

Day 11 - Friday 28th March - Loch Ness and South to Glasgow

This morning you bid farewell to the Isle of Skye as you head back for the mainland. You will cross the famous Skye bridge, providing a vital link to mainland for the residents that call the island home. Along the way there are lots of stop off locations for you to take in the beauty of the surrounding mountains and lochs, including a 007 filming location along the way.

Next you will come to the ruins of Urquhart Castle, perched on the shores of Loch Ness. Famous for its role in the Jacobite uprisings, spend some time with your guide having a look around this old fortress. As your guide about its links to Outlander!

From here, travel along the shore of the Loch towards Inverness. Your guide will take you to the train station for your onwards connection to Edinburgh. Here your guide will bid their farewells, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the Scottish highlands.

Upon arrival into Glasgow, a private transfer will collect you from the train station and take you to your city centre accommodation.

Day 12 - Saturday 29th March - Depart
