Booking onto our Small Group Tours

As destination experts for the UK and Ireland, our team of travel designers have developed a wide variety of small group adventure holidays ranging from gentle to challenging that are designed to immerse your clients into their chosen destination. With thousands of 5 star customer reviews and hundreds of fully-guided trips across the UK and Ireland, we’re confident we have just the product to suit your clients’ needs.

Our small group trips are each led by our expert guides who will interpret the landscape, bring to life the history and folklore of the destination and showcase the region’s flora and fauna. Guides also provide transport, manage your client’s safety and handle the trip logistics, backed by 24/7 support from the head office.

For clients who prefer private travel, we also offer a range of self drive itineraries, self-guided hiking and cycling tours, and partially-guided trips across a variety of regions. These options allow clients the flexibility to travel the UK and Ireland at their own pace, while still offering the chance to meet up with knowledgeable guides, local characters and expert craftspeople along the way.

How commission works on our small group tours:

• For any new clients you introduce to us we offer 10% commission on the vast majority of our small group guided tours in Scotland, Ireland and England.
• Virtuoso Advisors are eligible for an enhanced commission. Please refer to our Virtuoso Company Profile to confirm commission amounts.
• We require a 25% deposit payment to confirm the booking, then the balance is due 10 weeks prior to the trip start date.
• Subscribe to our trade newsletter at the bottom of the page to stay updated on seasonal and promotional rates.
• If all payments are made by the Travel Agent, the commission will be deducted as a discount on the final balance. If the payments are made with the client’s card then you will need to send us an invoice to claim your commission. This invoice can be dated for payment within 30 days of the trip departure date.Please note that all payments must come from the same source for a single booking, client OR agent.

Please note that some trips do not qualify for commission. We are unable to offer commission on Sailing, Photography or SCOTLAND: The Big Picture trips. For each of our trips, a commission is only offered on the trip price, not on single supplements or equipment hire.
