Mini Bio
I grew up on the beaches of West Sussex, where I spent many summers coaching watersports to an elite level. My passion for the ocean has taken me worldwide, including the Canaries and the Middle East. A move back to the UK allowed me to fall back on a childhood passion – cycling. Years later, I met my partner whilst operating cycling trips in the French Alps. This sparked a move to the Lake District, just a stone’s throw from our UK base.
Favourite Place to Play
The rolling South Downs and sandy beaches of Sussex will always hold a special place in my heart for all things outdoors and adventure. However, it’s tough to beat a day on the road bike amidst the punchy climbs of the northern Lake District. A personal favourite of mine is the winding ribbon of tarmac climbing up Honister Pass from Buttermere; the views are simply stunning.
Not a Lot of People Know This
My passion may be watersports and bicycles, but I’m most at peace tinkering with vintage motorcycle engines!
